Charles Crookston, 69, of Garden City, UT, passed away March 3, 2016, in Surprise, AZ. He was born Sept. 8, 1946, in Logan, UT. Chas was survived by his wife Brenda, daughter Amy Cutler of Layton, UT, son Rob (Mindy) Thompson of Clinton, UT, and grandson Britton Thompson. He will be laid to rest at Holy Cross Cemetery, Avondale, AZ.
