GARDEN CITY - The Garden City Library Board and Cathie Rasmussen,
Library Director, would like to give a big shout out to Assistant Librarian,
Dawn Brady.
Dawn was so courteous and helpful to one of the library
patrons Harold Smith, that he contacted his friend at Worldwide Libraries and told
him how impressed he was with Dawn, and the Garden City Library. Jim Jacobs,
the director of Worldwide Libraries in Orem, donated $549.10 to the Garden City
Library to be used to purchase books for youth and children.
Parent's And Me Story Time to Begin for Winter

The "Parents and Me" story time has resumed at the Garden City
Library. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to participate each Wednesday at
11:00 a.m. The children will sing songs, read books, play games, and make a
craft. This is a great time for children to socialize, learn, and play.
