The RCT Online Staff were invited to join Chef Brittany Alston at the pre opening of Kerasma for a delightful taste of the dinner menu. What a treat! Chris thought the chicken pot pie was the best he'd ever tasted. We all raved over the juicy pork loin wrapped in bacon with spinach and the crisp nutty carmel pudding was having us lick the bowl. Wonderful homemade potato chips were served as an appetizer. There were so many samples I cannot mention them all but what surprised us most was how very affordable the menu is. Dinner prices range from $8 to $12 which is a amazing price for gourmet food. Karasma is located in the Snow Meadows Inn and the dining room is beautiful, but casual and inviting, so we stayed and visited for a great evening.
Again we are so glad that the Bear Trapper Restaurant will be open this winter for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Their prime rib is the best I've ever tasted! Pizza will be open on weekends
Cafe Sabor is also open, great Mexican food...so let's all support our local restaurants and help them stay open all winter.
